Jack is an accountant in his friend's company and unfortunately almost cost his life and definitely cost his pride. An old associate of Charlie's, Blue Kate, is really mad at Charlie because he owes her. And she wants them back and she'll stop at nothing to get them. Right now she has Jack pinned down and she's stifling him between her powerful thighs and making him call Charlie, have him come and reward her. Jack is almost KO, he begs for his life and he will do anything for Blue Kate's mercy. So he does the call to Charlie. When Charlie arrives he's shocked by what he sees, he's scared for Jack and he's impotent to do anything. This girl would punish them both. He rather immediately rewards Kate and tries to negotiate for her to release Jack and not hold back him. She have but that's not enough.
