It's happening month after month that Megan is not able to compensate her rent on time or in sufficient amount. This girl is so irresponsible this way. But then he starts to talk about some foot fetish profile on Instagram and he's very shy about going to the question. Megan thinks she knows what he wants but she cannot be sure at this point. Finally he speaks the question and offers Megan that she would not have to compensate rent...at all. If she admits the online profile is hers and if she lets him smell her amazing feet in those smelly pantyhose she's wearing. Sounds like a good deal to me...
