Kristen runs a multi-million dollar company and is used to being in a position of power. When it comes to picking out new interns each year, Kristen demands final say after performing a personal interview for each potential hire. Above all else, Kristen demands that her interns be ticklish. That way they can be taught a lesson whenever disciplinary action is required.
