My slave has to lay down on the floor. I tie a rope around his balls an through hokk on the ceiling. Now i can pull on one end of the rope to stretch his balls. When they are stretched real good and nicely accessible i hit them with a riding crop. Can you imagine the distress? But that is not enough.
