As responsible members of the online community, we allocate significant time and resources to combat inappropriate and illegal content, including non-consensual sexual and intimate content and child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).

Throughout our tenure as a platform in the adult industry, we have proactively fortified our defenses against abusive and illegal content, including any traces of CSAM. Our comprehensive policies and procedures, both internal and publicly available on the platform, are designed to uphold a safe and secure environment. We consistently refine our processes to efficiently identify, remove, investigate, and report inappropriate materials, employing both proactive and reactive approaches. Acknowledging that improvement is an ongoing process, we continuously seek innovative solutions to stay ahead in our mission of eradicating illegal content.

Terms and Conditions of Use (the “User Agreement”), detailing how Platform operates, what content is acceptable and allowed, which measures are there to combat illegal content, and what types of content are prohibited on the Platform. Only verified Registered Studio Operators can upload content to the Platform

We've established a rigorous verification process for users who wish to become content uploaders, utilizing automated tools, AI tools, and manual review. This process ensures safety and security of our Platform and our users.

Our Platform verifies that all uploaders

  • Are over eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, if the uploader is a natural person or sole trader, or
  • Have a good standing and are active, during the time of the registration, if the uploader is a legal entity, and undergo a KYC procedure.

Verified uploaders must maintain proper documentation for all individuals featured in their content, adhering to record-keeping requirements such as 18 U.S.C. §2257, 28 C.F.R. 75, and/or the guidelines of a renowned financial service provider in the adult industry, along with other applicable laws and regulations.

The verification and onboarding process for uploaders involves collaboration across multiple teams, including the Moderation Team, Legal Team, and Support Team. Users that are willing to become verified uploaders need to complete the following steps:

1) Create an account on the Platform via completing the registration form, becoming a user of the Platform by providing a valid email address.
2) Undergo a verification process to become a verified uploader, including filling out a form on the Platform's dedicated webpage. The process varies for natural persons and legal entities. For natural persons, it includes LIVE provision of a photo of their identification document and taking a selfie with the document (on a LIVE basis as well), using our third-party digital identification service providers. For legal entities the process includes provision of corporate documents and information regarding the company, which is validated by the Platform’s Moderation and Legal Teams.
3) Mandatory live age verification for all potential uploaders is conducted by reputable third-party service providers. Upon successful age verification and manual approval by the platform's moderation team, the user attains verified uploader status.
4) After automated checks by third-party service providers, the Moderation Team performs additional manual checks on information and documents submitted, ensuring accuracy and reviewing previous stages for errors. Error-free applications are accepted; otherwise, they are rejected for failing to meet onboarding requirements.
5) If the potential uploader represents a legal entity, the Platform conducts two separate checks: a business check assessing commercial potential and compatibility and a legal check, involving Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by the platform's Legal Team using internal procedures and assistance from relevant company registries. Upon successful KYC and business checks, the user attains verified uploader status.
6) Prior to publication, the Moderation Team evaluates each video and content item based on internal criteria outlined below. The content undergoes various internal software checks as also specified below.
7) If the verified uploader successfully completes all steps and requirements, their content is approved by the Moderation Team and made publicly available.

Moderation of the Content

Content Moderation on consists of two phases, as indicated below:

Pre-publishing and Post-publishing
Pre–publishing phase:
  1. Reviewing content based on an internal guide for the Moderation Team to ensure general acceptability, and to determine that the content does not feature any illegal elements. This is done by the Moderation Team.
  2. Technical assessment of content via automated means.
  3. Verification of mandatory video documents. Verified uploaders are obliged to provide the identification documents and co-performer (model) release forms for each individual participating in the uploaded content. Moderation team is in charge of reviewing provided documentation, prior to allowing the content to be published and be publicly available on the Platform. The following documents must be provided by the uploader and made available to the Platform: (i) model release, which enables the Platform to verify that the co-performer gives consent to participate in the video and to be published on the Platform; (ii) identification document of the co-performer, which enables the Platform to verify the age of the co-performer; (iii) 2257 form (if applicable). Without all the necessary documents for each participant in the content the content will not be published.
  4. Maintaining a banned keywords list.
Post-publishing Phase:
Content Moderation is an ongoing process. Our Platform has several mechanisms that allow for constant moderation:
  1. Users have several ways to inform the Platform about any issues or concerns they may have regarding content available on the Platform. Users are able to submit a request/report about the content as follows:
    1. Users can contact the Platform’s Support Team under the respective subject using our contact form -
    2. Users may send their concerns and questions about the content directly to our Support Team via the general support e-mail - [email protected]
  2. Upon receiving reports concerning content available on the Platform, Moderation Team proceeds with its re-evaluation, and if the said content is deemed inappropriate or in violation of our User Agreement, it will be immediately removed from the Platform.
    Which means that in the event there is evidence of illegal content, the Platform removes that content immediately.
    Users can report concerns via support team form or email. Moderators re-evaluate reported content; inappropriate content is promptly removed.
  3. Platform and its Moderation Team strives to review and resolve any and all reports and complaints submitted by users within a period of seven (7) business days. This period may be extended where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. All complaints received by the Platform will be answered in accordance with the abovementioned term, and will include an explanation regarding which action was taken by the Platform.
  4. Platform also offers any person depicted in the content the ability to appeal any decision made by the Platform based on a claim of lack of consent. If user disagrees with a Platform’s final decision on non-consensual content, such dispute could be submitted to a neutral arbitration association at the Platform expense.

By adhering to the outlined measures, the Platform successfully creates a secure environment for its users, free from any illegal or inappropriate content. Additionally, it effectively eliminates potential malicious uploaders.

Content Downloading is Prohibited

To reduce the risk of illegal redistribution and to protect against copyright infringement, any verified content uploader has the right to prohibit the download of content uploaded by that uploader.

Technical and Organizational Safeguards

To support our zero-tolerance policy towards any kind of illegal content, we have implemented various technical and organizational measures:

  • Partnerships with organizations combating child exploitation,human trafficking, slavery, and providing general support to adult industry performers. For example, Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP).
  • Advanced system analyzing text for prohibited words. The Platform has developed a system to analyze text related to the name and description of the content in search for prohibited and suspicious words. If found, such words are flagged by the system and displayed to the Moderation Team during the moderation process.
  • Collaboration with leading software providers to detect harmful content. Before the moderation process (during the upload), all content is processed via such software that allows the Platform to identify anything that may potentially violate the User Agreement rules. The software utilizes a shared database of digital hashes (fingerprints) and is also able to detect inappropriate content based on ML and AI tech.
  • Use of digital fingerprinting technology to prevent re-upload of inappropriate content. Specialized software protects the Platform against inappropriate content that has already been removed from the Platform before. Digital fingerprinting technology compares the hashes (fingerprints) of newly uploaded content with a database of hashes (fingerprints) of previously removed content. In case of a match, the Moderation Team is made aware of such a fact, and a human decision is made about the content.
